Temporary Housing

Our Interim Housing Program offers short-term housing support for families in crisis—ranging from 24 hours up to 3 months, depending on need and progress toward a housing plan. We start with a 24-hour hotel stay, with the option to extend based on daily check-ins and availability. In some cases, families may be matched with a local Haven Host—a trusted family in the community offering temporary space.

Each family is paired with a Housing Advocate to create a personalized Housing Plan, and a Mentor to provide encouragement and accountability throughout their journey.

Families are also connected to a Care Community—a support network that may include local resources, budget coaching, spiritual care (if desired), community partners, and volunteers ready to help with next steps, including moving.

Please Note: We are not an emergency shelter. Drug testing is required when substance use is a concern.
