Investor Program.

Option 1: Own a Home, Townhome, or Condo

  • If you have a property or want to buy one, you can house a Lighthouse family.

  • When you lease a property to Lighthouse Housing Alliance you will have guaranteed, on-time monthly rent. Leasing to us lowers your risk and helps families build a better future for their children, due to the wrap-around support that we provide.

Option 2: Donate a property to the Lighthouse Housing Alliance

  • If you donate a property in our service area (either a home or 2-3 unit property), Lighthouse will manage the property and oversee families in the property.

Option 3: Own & Manage a Rental Complex

  • You can choose to rent to us at a discounted rate and we will oversee the well-being of the families in the property.

  • If you oversee multiple rental units, you can provide stability, consistency and a sense of community for multiple families.

  • Families who have a positive experience may choose to stay in their rental, even after their time with Lighthouse Housing Alliance.
